How online pathology test booking works

  1. Find your tests or upload your prescription for review.
  2. Compare eligible labs for your selection. Check prices, the lab’s accreditation status, collection options and estimated report time.
  3. Choose home collection where offered, enter the patient and address details, and select an available collection slot.
  4. Follow the preparation instructions. The collected sample is sent to the partner laboratory for testing.
  5. Access the report in your account after the laboratory uploads it, and discuss the results with your clinician.

Collection fees, coverage & preparation

Home sample collection costs ₹99 and is free for orders of ₹1,500 or more. Availability depends on the test, lab and collection address. Confirm your address and an available slot during booking. A Raipur address alone does not guarantee collection for every test.

Fasting blood sugar and some other tests need specific preparation. Post-meal blood sugar needs a timed appointment. Confirm these instructions with the lab before collection; do not change prescribed medicines yourself.

Urine and stool samples need their own containers and handling instructions. Check whether the selected lab offers pickup or requires you to deliver the sample.
